Black Roux Collective is excited to offer booking for our inaugural culinary excursion to Yelapa Mexico. A beautiful culinary wonderland only accessible by boat.

Our exclusive tour will be open to only 10 select individuals so keep an eye out for booking information

Each day includes accommodations, transportation, breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as water and juices (alcohols not included, except the ones from the tours).

Internet can be VERY spotty. An Internet connection will be provided while at the hotel.

Each morning there will be a chance to try the local breakfast - (Daily snacks will vary greatly from local to the fusion ones)
